Purkersdorfer armchair, designed in 1903 by Josef Hoffmann and Koloman Moser, manufactured in Vienna by Wittmann. Hoffmann and Moser designed this armchair for the Purkersdorf Sanatorium and took up the distinctive design features of the entrance hall - the colours black/white and the square. The armchair is in good condition with only slight visual restrictions. There is some light paint loss on the wooden frame and the cushion shows signs of wear.
Materials: white lacquered wood frame, seat made of straps, back cushions with fabric cover.
