Easy chairs, designed in 1958 by Wunibald Puchner. Stunning modernist design.
The boxspring seats are slightly bent at the front, which provides a great seating comfort.
The chairs have been exclusively produced for the Meistersingerhalle in Nuremberg and were never marketed.

Wunibald Puchner (1915 - 2009) was a German architect, interior designer, and sculptor.
Puchner studied architecture at the academy of applied arts Munich. In 1946 he was appointed as a professor at the academy of arts in Nuremberg, a position which he held until 1980.
Wunibald Puchner's work includes buildings, like meeting and event halls, casinos, and hotels, as well as the interior design for several buildings.

Square steel tubes, bent pywood, massive wood, upholstery fabric.
Condition:
Very good condition with light signs of wear.
