Description:
LC2 lounge chair, designed in 1928 by Le Corbusier, made in Italy by Cassina (from 1965). Cassina writes about this piece of furniture: "Yet another timeless classic, one that made design history. Designed in 1928 and shown for the first time at the Salon d’automne, in Paris, in 1929, this was the archetypal armchair in that it expressed all that was new and modern about furniture, which was now beginning to be seen as “domestic equipment”. The careful separation of the caged frame from its inner cushions are a concrete affirmation of the chair’s Rationalist approach. A true classic."

The chair is made of trivalent chrome-plated tubular steel and is covered with light grey leather. Its condition is good, with only light patina.

The dimensions: width 70 cm, depth 70 cm, height 68 cm, seat height 49 cm
