Two armchairs, Germany, 1940's
Two armchairs, designed in the 1940's in Germany. The design of the chairs strongly reminds of the 'Tübinger Stuhl', designed by Prof. Adolf Gustav Schneck, and is a beautiful example of the Neue Sachlichkeit.
The chairs are made of massive varnished wood - probably red beech. Both are in a good condition, undamaged and with beautiful patina.
The dimensions: width 56 cm, depth 54,5 cm, height 82 cm, seating height 46 cm
