SOLD - Reply drawing table, Wim Rietveld and Friso Kramer, de Cirkel
Drafting tables, designed in 1954 by Friso Karmer and Wim Rietveld, two of the most important designers of the Netherlands. Due to its ingenious mechanical system, the tabletop can be adjusted steplessly in height and angle. The table can be used as a desk or a drafting table. The design has won the "Signe D'Or" in Brussels.
Wim Rietveld (1925 - 1985) worked since the 1950's as a designer for different furniture producers, such as Gispen, De Cirkel, and Ahrend. For Gispen he designed the collection "furniture for a simle interior". Rietveld won numerous awards.
